Wenda provides advice to individuals and institutions on a broad range of issues such as personal estate and tax planning, formation, variation and interpretation of personal and commercial trusts, incapacity planning, planned giving, planning for disabled family members, advising executors and trustees on their role and responsibilities, advising beneficiaries on their entitlements.

Wenda is active in the community, sitting or having sat on multiple national charity and foundation boards and tribunals, including the YMCA of Greater Toronto, YMCA Canada, the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, Imagine Canada (formerly the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy), the Alcohol and Gaming Commission, the Mon Sheong Foundation, and the Toronto Community Foundation.
