Biography
Litigating since 1988, Lisbeth brings her extensive experience and pragmatic approach to helping her clients resolve their estate, trust, and capacity disputes.
Lisbeth also supports the role that mediation can play in helping to resolve litigious issues by acting both as a mediator and representing clients participating in mediations to help resolve estate, accounting, and capacity disputes.
Lisbeth has written and presented numerous papers as a lecturer in continuing legal education seminars addressing current issues on the law of estates, trusts and capacity issues. She has lectured through the Ontario Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Toronto Lawyers’ Association.
Lisbeth has been an adjunct instructor at Queen’s University Law School teaching the Appellate Advocacy Course. She has also been a sessional instructor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law teaching the Transmission of Wealth course.
